Is there a minimum number of invites per order?

There is a 25 suite minimum for collection suites. Custom designs do not have a minimum, but incur a design fee. Contact me for bulk pricing.


Is there a deposit policy?

For custom commissions, a non-refundable retainer equal to half the initial proposal is due at booking. The remaining balance is due before production. Collection suites and orders that have less than 10 business day turn around are due in full at booking.


Do I get see my invitations before they are printed?

I provide realistic digital proofs for all orders. Printed proofs are available for digital printing options for an additional fee. Paper sample kits are available HERE. It is a good idea to order one beforehand if you need to touch and feel the paper and print quality!

What is the order cancellation policy?

Cancellations are not typically available. If the order is canceled before going to print a partial refund may be available less a design fee.


What is the return policy?

Returns are not available. However, if an item is received defective or different from your approved proof, please contact me.


How far in advance should I place an order for invitations?

As soon as you have your wedding information locked down! I recommend booking me for custom invitations 6 months prior to your wedding. Wedding Collections suites can be ordered 3-4 months prior to your wedding.


Can I change the wording or colors on a collection suite?

Absolutely! Send your requested wording and/or color swatch with your order.


How long is the turnaround time for invitations?

Custom design turnaround varies on the details, bells, and whistles, but typically take up to 6 weeks for design, approval, and production. Collection suites are delivered in about 10 business days.


Can I order other pieces to go along with my invitation suite?
